Sourcing Recruiter: Sourcing recruiter will be your first point of contact and a great resource for any questions you have about the role and interview process. You will mainly hear from the Sourcing Recruiter at the beginning of your candidacy with Amazon.
Recruiting Coordinator (RC): A Recruiting Coordinator will contact you to schedule your interview(s) and will be your point of contact for any scheduling-related questions throughout the process. You can find their contact information on the “Request for your Availability” email or “Amazon Interview Confirmation” email if you are in the interview process.
Client Lead Recruiter: Following your final interview, you will be contacted by Client Lead to communicate the overall outcome and next steps. Additionally, the Client Lead Recruiter will be your point of contact for information about open positions, compensation/benefits discussions, onboarding with Amazon, and any general questions.
